Freediving Training - December 13th & 14th

Join us for an exciting two-day freediving training experience at Aqaba South Beach! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced freediver looking to refine your skills, this event is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of freediving.

Over the course of the event, we will be setting up lines at two different depths—one for beginners and another for experienced divers—so everyone can learn and practice at their own pace. Our expert instructors will guide you through all the essential aspects of freediving, including equipment selection and use, effective breathing techniques, equalization, as well as descent and ascent techniques. You'll also be introduced to safety procedures to ensure your dives are as safe as they are enjoyable.

The training will take place in a controlled environment, giving you the opportunity to practice and build confidence in the water with the support of experienced professionals by your side.

After a day of training, we'll gather on the beach for a peaceful meditation session. As the sun sets and the horizon fades into twilight, you'll have the chance to unwind and reconnect with nature. The soothing sounds of the sea will provide the perfect backdrop for complete relaxation. To make the experience even more special, we invite you to stay overnight and camp on the beach, sleeping under a canopy of stars.
